How the process works

Send us photos of the furniture and the access route, including doorways, stairs, hallways, landings or lifts. If you have measurements, include those too. We will review the issue, explain whether dismantling is likely to be needed, and arrange the safest way to get the furniture into the room. Where required, the sofa or chair is carefully dismantled, moved through the difficult access point and reassembled in place.
